Going through my wife's cars paperwork folder I remembered that I didn't leave a review! So 3 years on the car I bought from you (Civic Tourer) is still going strong and has been a very solid, reliable car. Basically in the 40k miles/3yrs we've owned it, it's just needed servicing, brake pads and tyres. So they must have found a looked after car to retail. These guys were great to deal with and even delivered to us, despite being nearly 4hrs away. We travelled far to look at it as these Civic Tourers are rare in petrol and it was exactly the car my wife wanted. They even stayed open past their closing time as we couldn't get up in time after looking at other cars on the way.
I've recently become the proud owner of a superb Mini Clubman Cooper SD. I searched high and low for a good example of these and came across Triple M Vehicle Sales who were advertising on Auto Trader. I looked through their reviews as it would be over a 2 hour journey from the West Midlands to see the car in person. Their reviews were outstanding and settled any doubts I had straight away. This was further compounded when I had a call from Phil after looking into finance. Phil was very welcomming and informative and never in any way pushing the sale. Instead he seemed very proud of the business and the reputation I have now seen first hand that they totally deserve. He assured me that a journey to see the car would be worth it and despite having to battle through snow and delayed trains to get there it was a joy to see actually how amazing the car was. They kindly offered also to meet me from the train station and rang to see if I was OK as I travelled up to them. All transactions were smooth and all in the office were very friendly and took the time to say hello. The drive back was very enjoyable and the car was amazing to get that long run with it being absolutely faultless. I would highly recommend Triple M Vehicle Sales to anyone.
