We started our enquiry via Autotrader and email, EVERY question was fully answered and NOTHING was too much trouble, and believe me we asked them a 1000 questions! Then we moved to the phone for the fine details of the deal, again our experience was OUTSTANDING.
Deal done in principle, we drove up from Bristol to Barnsley (gives you an idea of how much we trust them) to their superbly decorated premises, (the girls loved the Range Rover sofa, we loved the VW engine coffee table!) and everything we enjoyed virtually was confirmed in the flesh – personal, professional, accommodating, flexible – in short SUPERB.
The Audi is even more perfect than they promised. They paid for new brakes on the front plus a full service AT AUDI before we picked it up. And all that without chipping us a penny on an already very generous part ex allowance.
Rob, the finance guy, was just as easy to deal with and the rate is competitive and means we pay less for our 30k Audi than we did on our 20k mini! Brilliant!
So there you go – if they have a car you like the look of, stop looking elsewhere, it’s TRIPLE M that you need to buy from. They are the BEST!

Just bought my new car from here, a Ford Focus. I absolutely love it. Can’t fault the service received from Mark and Steve, both really helpful and professional. I feel like I’ve got a good deal and a car I love with no worry about what I might have been sold. Car was immaculately presented and sold with 3 month RAC warranty and 12 months breakdown cover which is a bonus. Will definitely be returning in the future if I need another car.

Can leave a review now two years later. Bought a Toyota Rav-4 from you only ever changed brakes tyres and oils and car as been faultless. No pushy sales men and couldn’t do enough cleanest cars I’ve seen even went to the level of painting calipers before we picked it up and yes they did service it I checked all filters�.

We saw the Ford S-max on Auto Trader and quickly jumped to Triple M’s own website to get a better feel for the company. I can only say that I was highly impressed with the quality of cars that were on offer. I personally believe that if the quality of stock is there, then it shows an appreciation for the products and services provided.
I decided to drive the 100 miles to go and see the car, after chatting on web chat; and on arrival the first impression was very good. The friendly staff greeted me and offered me a drink, knowing that I had just driven the 2 hours up north. This immediately impressed me with how they treat customers and an insight into their great customer service.
After seeing the car (in person), I was highly impressed with the cars appearance and the preparation that had gone into it. The mechanic took time to answer any questions that I had, and I was walked around the car before taking the car out for a test drive.
On my return and after a chat with the salesmen; I decided that this was the car for me. They proceeded with organising all the paperwork, while I went for lunch on the local high street (I have to say they did offer to buy me a sandwich and bring it to the showroom), but I declined.
This is a thorough and highly professional company, who are very honest and upfront with everything. They are very hospitable and welcoming, and made the whole process from start to finish very enjoyable and relaxing. I will and already have recommended this company to friends; and should in the future we require another car, I will definitely be visiting Triple M Vehicles again.

I purchased from Triple M Vehicles a couple of weeks and I highly recommend. The customer service wasn’t pushy sales in the slightest, more friendly and professional. The car was serviced and prepared to a very high level.
